This position has overall responsibility for the delivery of on-site 
technical engineering support  for the Enterprise VOIP Voice program.. 
this position will be the  principal interface to the DOj customer and to 
the vendors providing EVOIP capabilities.

The candidate must have project management experience and customer 
interface experience in a BroadSoft VOIP environment.

The candidate ust have excellent communications skills.

Must have in-depth knowledge of IP network technology and protocols

Must have specific knowledge of VOIP architectures and protocols and VOIP 
service operation

Must have specific knowledge of Broadsoft Application, Network, Media and 
Web applications and servers

Knowledge of SIP
