We are seeking candidates with at least 8 years of full-time experience as 
an Oracle Applications Developer, with strong hands-on experience and in-
depth understanding of current Oracle Applications development languages, 
toolsets, and best practices.

The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this 
position include: 
Full-time, substantial experience customizing, designing, and creating 
Oracle 11.5.x Application bolt-ons or modifications with Oracle SQL, 
PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, jsp, JDeveloper, J2EE and other current technologies.
Prior experience with Oracle Discoverer.
Strong familiarity with the Oracle Applications technology stacks, 
including concurrent manager, Oracle Application Server, iPayment, etc 
preferred.
Substantial experience with Oracle Siebel Analytics and OBIEE a plus.
Experience with other programming languages and environments, such 
as .NET, Flash, Flex, C++ or C#, java, etc. a plus.
Strong business processes familiarity preferred.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be able to interact with multiple levels of personnel in the 
organization hierarchy.
Must be highly motivated and enjoy working in a team environment.
Must be organized, disciplined, and capable of working in a dynamic yet 
well documented Project Management and a Formal Change Management.
