Plant Engineer. Requirements for the job include 
a degree in engineering or equivalent 
experience, a desire to 'work hands on' in a 
manufacturing facility, very strong 
troubleshooting skills, and strong personnel 
management skills. Extrusion experience helpful.

analysis and improvement, project management for

safety program enhancements, and maintenance of 
compliance programs.
